Is there any minimum order quantity?
B2B Component will be taking the order for any quantity according to your needs. However, Certain products like resistors or cable come in reels or packs of set length or quantity. They are not available for sale in quantities below certain levels because it is not economical to package them in smaller quantities.
Will I receive an e-mail confirmation of my order?
Yes, you will receive confirmation mail on checkout/submitting an order.The tracker number will also be e-mail once your order has shipped.
How do I get a copy of an invoice?
You can view and print invoices from the Order Status & Tracking page.
Can I enter a schedule order online?
Yes, we do accept scheduled orders. You can view your scheduled orders and edited them online.
Can I expedite an order?

Does ComponentBuy accept personal cheque?
Yes. Cheque valued above ex:- Rs.50,000/- may require bank verification prior to shipping an order. Dishonored cheque will be charged ex:-Rs.300 plus handling fee.
How do I change my billing/invoice address?
You may submit a request to update your invoice address by Sign In and going to your profile. Select the address and update the information. When you submit the form, our support team will be notified and after verification the address will be updated in our systems.
